Our Year 13 students write: "On a bright sunny Wednesday in September, all of the sixth form Art and Photography students took a trip to Brighton. We ventured down the historic lanes, bustling pier and scenic beach for inspiration to help us with our work sketching and evolving our 'photographer's eye'. These trips are essential for us in showing creative independence, developing ideas and mastering the skills and techniques we have learnt in the studio. We hope we have more exciting trips and opportunities like this to help us shine and flourish, and be the best that we can be. Thank you to all of the Art teachers that came with us and made it such a useful and enjoyable day!
The photographs below illustrate the trip, and some of the work we produced as a result.
